I have built a decade-long career in SaaS building GTM at some of the best companies in the world like Webflow, Slack, Salesforce and Shopify.

I started as a closer - President's Club, top performer, the largest deals on the board. Then I realized the biggest value I could drive in any GTM motion wasn't the close, it was everything I could do to enable more people to get there.

That's what led me to Sales Development leadership. Turning hungry reps into the closers of tomorrow and building scalable outbound functions, creating efficient inbound operations, perfecting PLG-to-enterprise motions to support them and generate predictable pipeline and revenue.

My edge is the full-funnel view. I've been the SDR, the AE, and the manager. I know what good looks like at every layer - what a strong messaging requires, what a qualified opportunity actually feels like, and what a manager needs from their reps to run a predictable team. I bring that discipline to everything I do. Having built inside PLG companies for the past decade, I know how to read signals, use AI to automate the right parts of the motion, and still develop the human skills that close deals.
